Craig McLuckie is the Vice President of research and development at VMware, working in the Modern Applications Platform business unit. He arrived at VMware via the acquisition of Heptio, a company he co-founded and led as CEO. Previously, Craig co-founded the Kubernetes project, created and chaired the Cloud Native Computing Foundation, and was the original product lead for Google Compute Engine.
