Inclusion has often been relegated to those who care deeply, or feel impacted by lack of diversity in technology. As a result open source remains less diverse than tech over all.

We're changing that.

Leveraging Mozilla's D&I research findings, and the CHAOSS D&I working group metrics, we've built a set of simple resources anyone can apply to improve the inclusive design of their project.

I'll also present 2 case studies of practical implementation of inclusive practices as a new norm, with a story of how we did this with Firefox Developer tools, and MOSS.
