Management of OSS in the Enterprise can benefit a lot from collaboration between companies. The TODO Group is a great example. We talk about the newly kicked-off Europ. chapter, its activities, focus topics and how companies can participate. An important area of OSS management is tooling that helps to manage compliance incl. licensing and security. During the recent years, an ever growing set of OSS tools is developed and released by the community to help in this regard. Since more than one year, a group of companies is working together to collaborate in the “OSS Tooling Group” to understand which tools are available for which purpose, how they can interact and how they align and integrate in a generic DevOps scenario. We talk about the current status of OSS Tooling Group and share results. More information can be found at: https://github.com/Open-Source-Compliance/Sharing-creates-value
