From servant to benevolent dictator, there are a variety of different leadership styles within the open source ecosystem. The one you choose will leave a lasting mark on your community and can even be fatal to your project. In this presentation we'll examine a few different styles of leadership, their real-world examples in open source, and the impacts they've had. We'll also talk about the evolution of the leadership models and what this means to communities moving forward.
